TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TRADING
Please  ensure that you have read the rules prior to arriving at the festival. 
1. COSTS
  The  cost of the traders ticket includes a 5m x 5m pitch and 1 Parking Pass for  1 vehicle. A further 2 tickets for additional  helpers, may be purchased when booking, at £40 each; thereafter the full face  value of  £60 will be charged. Parking  Passes will also need to be purchased for any additional vehicles being brought  onto site. 
  Stalls  will not be supplied, you are responsible for bringing any equipment you may  need.
  The  cost includes a hook-up to the site generator. No other generators are allowed  on site.
Tickets  will be exchanged for a wristband upon arrival at the gate. Wristbands must be  worn at all times and are non-transferable. Replacements will NOT be issued  free of charge. 
2. PARKING/CAMPING
Provision has been made behind the trading  area for traders to camp with their vehicle. Please notify us if you wish to  make any different arrangement. Stallholders are responsible for their own  overnight security. 
3. MANNING OF STANDS
When  open for trading, stalls must be manned at all times, by a responsible person.  Please be vigilant with cash and valuables at all times. 
4. HEALTH & SAFETY
Upon  arrival at the Festival, you will be required to complete a risk  assessment/method statement form. Warwick Gardner is the organiser responsible  for assisting you with the paperwork. 
5. LIQUOR/TOBACCO
Selling  of liquor or tobacco products by Traders on the Festival site is strictly  prohibited. 
6. WASTE MANAGEMENT
Stallholders  must remove all waste from their pitch, at the close of trading. A £50 deposit  is payable upon booking, which will be refunded at the end of the festival,  provided the pitch is left clean. Please recycle as much waste as possible.
7. GENERATORS
  In  order to comply with Health & Safety, No generators will be allowed on  site. The cost of a generator hook-up @ £30, this is included in the pitch fee.
  It  is the responsibility of Traders to ensure they have all the necessary  cables/connections.
8. ANIMALS
  Strictly  NO animals will be allowed on site. Traders bringing animals to the Shamania  Festival, will be turned away at the gate. The organisers will NOT be held  responsible for refunding any expenses inccurred.
9. GLASS
  No glass will be permitted on site;  as it poses a danger to all. Especially children, cleaning staff and the  animals, that will be returning to the field, when the festival is over.
10. LIABILITY
  The  Organisers of the Shamania Festival will not be held responsible for any  accident, damage or loss; howsoever caused, thay may occur to any Trader,  articles or property, brought on to the site. The said Organisers will not be  responsible for any actiuons oe expenses on account of, or in respect of any  damage, injury or loss, howsoever caused.
11. SITE CLEARING
Traders  must have cleared their pitch and have left the site by 12 noon on Tuesday 5th  August 2008.
12. INTERPRETATION
The  decision of Enlightened Entertainments Ltd. regarding the interpreting of the  Terms & Conditions is final.
