FAMILY JAM
Family Jam is a music and art based activity for anyone to drop in and join the fun. Based around a traditional musical jam idea, we encourage families participate in an evolving musical mish-mash using our instruments, or to bring their own sound producing objects. Anything goes! We always have a couple of musicians on hand to help the activity along, and show people how to use the instruments. Sometimes we have bands that grow from the mayhem, mini- carnivals and musical shows. It all depends on who comes along, and how the activity morphs. There is always other art based fun to join in, like painting backdrops, and making collages;  which are again designed around everyone working together.

The activity is free and suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Although we encourage young children to join in we do ask that they are accompanied by an adult as we are not able to act as a creche.
