Stewards

 

If you wish to be considered for a Stewarding / Welfare role at Shamania 2008, Please print off and fill in the questionnaire in Word and PDF format below; and read the Terms & Conditions, which must be signed and dated.  Post your completed application to

Enlightened Entertainments Ltd. 1 Carr Head, Trawden, Colne BB8 8SG.

We will inform you whether your application has been successful, within 7 days of receipt. You must then purchase a ticket for the festival, within 14 days of this notification, in order to confirm to your application.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A full price ticket must be purchased within 14 days of notification, that your application has been successful.

The ticket price will be refunded in full, subsequent to satisfactory completion of your designated shifts.

Stewards will be required to complete 2 x 8-hour shifts, over the course of the festival.

Failure to disclose any information that may affect your application, or your ability to complete your shifts; Failure to complete your actual shifts; and/or any breach of the ‘Stewards Code of Conduct’ will result in your dismissal as a steward, with your ticket becoming non-refundable.
Stewards are required to arrive at site by 3pm on Thursday, 31st July, 2008.

There will be an induction meeting at 6pm, where you will be issued with your Stewards Info Pack, as well as 3 meal vouchers for the crew catering area.
